Jiangsu Tongming Automobile
Lamp Co., Ltd. locates at the bank of Yangtze River with beauty landscape,
and extremely convenient Sea-Air-Land traffic transportation. It is
a joint venture
company, which was established in 1991 at Jiepai town, Danyang city,
Jiangsu Province, was sponsored by Jiangsu Wenxu Automobile Decorations
Co., Ltd. and British Sino Forum Investment Group, with 15 Million
US dollars investment altogether. We specialize in manufacturing the
'Tongming' famous brand automobile lamps, 'Wenxu' brand plastic automobile
decoration pieces, relevant automobile fittings and road illumination
project, which are widely used in car, bus, light passenger car, heavy
track, common track, light truck and pickup truck series. Our company
has established long-term friendly cooperation partnership with more
than 20 domestic and international automobile factories.
We now have 600 staffs, 46 professional technicians including 4 senior
engineers, 32 administrative clerks and 30 quality management staffs.
The company covers an area of more than 45000 square meters, 40000
square meters of which are construction area, and our fixed assets
are 160 million dollars. We also have abundant technical forces, advanced
production equipments, completed testing equipments and 300 sets of
different kinds of professional producing and testing equipments,
such as mould plastic injection, pressing, plating membrane, spraying,
plastic packing, froth, PCUV disposal, casting, and roadway lamp pole.
Our company has an annual production capacity of 200 various kinds
of 800,000 lamps, 60 various kinds of 200,000 plastic decoration pieces,
inner decoration pieces and 50,000 sets of roadway lamps. We invested
1.2M dollars in importing fully automatic PC,UV production line in
October,2001. In October 2002, we spent 550,000 US dollars importing
fully-automatic lamps assembling line, which indicated we had stridden
into the top four national automobile lamps manufacturing enterprise.
The project, that we invested 4M US dollars in plastic decoration
pieces, inner decoration pieces, has already been into operation,
which makes us become one of the national leading manufacturing enterprises
of plastic pieces, inner decoration pieces and roadway lamp.
Our company regards the production quality as company life. All our
productions have passed the identification from national quality testing
center. We have been approved to use its identified marks by China
Automobile Products Authentication in April 2002.

we have passed TS16949 quality system authentication on the basis
of original ISO9000 and QS9000 quality system, and deepen the complete
quality controlling further to establish and perfect the quality controlling
system in order to guarantee to offer readily marketable reliable
products and service to the domestic and international markets, which
pursue five parties satisfactory (the customer, society, owner, staff,
and cooperator).
